Mountain Sketches

Working with just water and a few dried blocks of color is a liberating experience. Pack a small watercolor journal and a few other supplies, and you can hike just about anywhere in the world and sit down and paint. Wherever I go, I aspire to capture simple, evocative portraits of the landscapes that inspire me.
